1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories included.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used or damaged due to improper use are not eligible for return or refund.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at support@skinsmoothcare.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or return accordingly.

4. Return Process

  1. Email our support team with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Upon approval, ship the item to the designated warehouse as instructed. A tracking number is required.
  3. Refund will be processed within 3–7 business days after the item is received and inspected.

Please note: returns sent without prior approval may be refused or delayed.

5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Refund

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 2–5 business days for the refund to appear.
